Now that the new government is formatted, bringing for the first time since 1990 the novelty of common coalition between the left and right wing, the dilemma of names is replaced by those of the programs for the future development of the country.

May-June elections campaigns (separately) were accompanied with countless premises by all parties. Their positions sometime were the same and some different depending on the issues.
A undisputable issue, where the programs of all parties met, was the will to integrate Albania into European Union, which implies that naturally the country will move toward its approximation of the legislation with the European one and to the contemporary standards; free movement of goods and capitals; creating of as suitable conditions as possible for the free economy functioning; improvement of the custom and tax systems; development of sector policies in support of SME-s and agriculture; growth of competitive capacity of the economy; gradual settlement of the land ownership issue; creation of conditions for visa liberalization, etc. issues (or conditions) that are present in all appraisals of the EU progress reports for Albania and that our country has already undertaken as irreversible commitments to be achieved.
But there are issues, where program of SMI, - which for the way how the collation was created remained a decisive factor in decision-making and therefore the commitment to implement the reforms -, and that of main party in power (Democratic Party) differ.

Worldwide the concept of the law on bankruptcy is formulated in such way as to give to the companies the opportunity to restructure at the moment they face with problems such as insolvency, problems with creditors, disputes with shareholders, problems on ownership division, and others. It is exactly this law that foresees the right that the non-efficient parts of the enterprises might be restructured, creating at the same time opportunities for the bankrupted company to systemize, in cooperation with the creditors, liquidation of the liabilities.

The best example of the law on bankruptcy is the so called Chapter 11 system, which offers to the companies an excellent opportunity to come out of the process in a stronger position. One of the factors that contribute in the success of Chapter 11 in USA is a large team of legal cases that advices the parties. When a company applies for the implementation of Chapter 11 in USA, it has an effect that might urge all parties to moderate their requests toward the company. Furthermore, it is emphasized that the American economy has more power to regenerate itself compared to the European economies due to the superior environment in USD in term of corporate restructuring, in particular versus Central Europe, and this is related with the bankruptcy process. This legal instrument is widely applied by the federal authorities to facilitate the restructuring process of the companies in difficulties during the latest period of global crisis.

Apple unleashes Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard reviewers: While the next release of Mac OS X doesn't appear til Friday, Apple ended its embargo for reviewers and others who gained early access to the operating system update.

There are three notable changes related to Wi-Fi, none of them terribly significant.

First, the AirPort menu--the place from which you select networks--now shows signal strength for each nearby network. That's useful if you have choices or are troubleshooting coverage. Hold down the Option key before clicking the AirPort menu and Apple now reveals more information than the same option in Leopard, including channel, band, transmit rate, and the obscure MCS Index (an entry that defines encoding choices in use).

Second, the sleep mode in Snow Leopard is integrated with Bonjour discovery, the network protocol Apple uses to advertise services available on a computer. For Mac models released in 2009 (as far as I can tell), you can wake a computer remotely by connecting to a service like file sharing over Wi-Fi or Ethernet--so long as the Mac was connected to an AirPort Extreme Base Station or Time Capsule before it went to sleep. The base station acts as a proxy while the Mac is sleeping. (Macs from 2008 and before appear to only have the option to be woken over Ethernet.) Use of the immunotherapeutic agent MDX-010, or ipilimumab, in combination with standard hormone and radiation treatments helped eliminate the aggressive tumors, which had already spread into the patients' abdominal areas, according to a report from Mayo Clinic researchers that appears in Discovery's Edge, the Mayo Clinic's online research magazine. Both patients are now considered cancer-free.

"The tumors had shrunk dramatically," co-investigator Dr. Michael Blute, a Mayo urologist and surgeon who operated on both patients, said in a Mayo Clinic news release. "I had never seen anything like this before. I had a hard time finding the cancer. At one point, the pathologist [who was working during surgery] asked if we were sending him samples from the same patient."

Ipilimumab is an antibody that appears to greatly magnify the cancer-killing action of androgen ablation, a hormone therapy that helps shrink prostate cancer by eliminating testosterone from the body. Following the additional treatment, the patients showed steady decreases in their prostate-specific antigen (PSA) counts, a test used to detect prostate cancer, and were deemed eligible for surgery. After surgery, one patient underwent additional radiation therapy.
